This is Phil Anthony Fegan

Phil was born in Birmingham, England a few short years ago, and manages to keep his gazelle like figure with a tight regime of health food and fruit shakes.

Phil has lived in Las Vegas now for almost 2 years and is an avid sun worshipper when he manages the time in his very busy schedule. Phil is currently self-employed as the head cook, bottle washer and child minder at Bates Towers.

Phil has many hobbies including picking up dirty laundry from the linen basket, or the floor as he calls it; he also particularly enjoys picking up various varietys of hair accessories that appear all over the house, apart from around the area where they are kept; another favorite that Phil enjoys is driving the family all over the county listening to the children endlessly argue and moan. He does all this without complaint and without thanks from the children because he is a) a loving step-father b) a loving husband-to-be c) he's scarred of Penny.

When the busy Phil gets a chance he loves to get away from the city and go walk up a mountain, he even has some photo's to prove it. Click for a larger image and directions for the walk.
